A: You will receive a detailed booking confirmation, this shows your full confirmed itinerary along with a copy of our Terms and Conditions, any applicable ATOL certificate and API form.
We require the names and dates of birth for all members of the party as soon as possible. Should you be a group of 9 or more you will be asked to reconfirm names again 11 weeks prior to departure before they are submitted to the relevant suppliers.
A week prior to your balance due date you will receive an email reminder of your outstanding balance with a request for any outstanding API details.
We have an online portal www.golfkings.co.uk/manage-my-booking, where you can make payments towards your booking. To access this you will be required to enter the lead passenger name, date of travel and your booking reference starting with BRK.
