Q: When will I receive my tickets?
A: Your travel documents will be emailed to the lead passenger on the booking approximately 2 weeks prior to departure. Should you wish a paper copy also, please contact us to arrange via the submit an enquiry page.
Q: Do I still need to check in for my flight?
A: Each airline has different check-in timeframes therefore in some instances we will be unable to check you in for your flights.
Please refer to your itinerary which will be in your travel documents where it will detail if you need to check in with your airline yourself.
If we can check you in, your boarding passes will also be found within your travel documents.
Q: What is my luggage allowance?
A: Your luggage allowance will be stated on your paperwork under Flight Information. Luggage allowances vary from airline to airline so please check your paperwork carefully to ensure you are within the limits.
